“Artoonist” International Festival

The third Artonist seasonal festival was held in the winter of 2020 with the theme “The World after Corona” and “Free”. The festival was attended by 54 countries.
The refereeing of the festival was by Ricardo Ferira of Portugal, Randy Basha from the United States, and Fahd al -Zedjali of Oman.

Unfortunately, the fourth edition of the Artonist cartoon festival was not done according to the festival’s planning table, and the announcement of the results was shortened.
According to previous and announced coordination, the festival was to be judged by three major cartoonist artists in the world; Mikhail Zlatkowski of Russia, Hilal Ozak from Turkey and Hussein Chakkam from Cyprus. Unfortunately, Mikhail Zlatkowski was hospitalized due to illness and was unable to judge the effects of this period.
That is why Mohammad Ali Rajabi; One of the well -known cartoonists in the Iranian press judged the works in his place.
