International seasonal festival

Artoonist

The international seasonal festival “Artoonist” is a completely private and public festival that was formed by Dawood Yarahamdi, a veteran and well-known artist of the country, with the policy of some famous domestic and foreign artists in 2019. This festival has tried to examine and criticize various events of the world in the form of cartoons from the perspective of world artists on a seasonal basis.

Six periods of the festival

To date, 4 editions of this festival have been held worldwide in the form of cartoons with the participation of nearly 6000 artists. Artonist Festival’s Policy Council decided to add “Photo” and “Poster” sections to its festival in order to have more artists from the world. In this regard, she was able to organize the fifth and sixth editions of her festival with the good reception of artists in the cartoon, photo and poster sections.
From now on, Artonist Festival, like the previous editions, tries to bring together world artists for a healthy competition by choosing the appropriate topics of the day.
